Return Policy


  • Eligibility for Returns

  •  Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
    Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

  •  return Items purchased during a sale, clearance, or special promotion are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return?


  • Email us at Rajiv6226@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

  • Pack the saree securely and send it back through a trusted courier service. (Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.)

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Policy

  • If your return is approved, the refund will be credited within 5-7 business days after we receive the product.
  • Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, or card).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange your saree for a different design, size, or color, contact our team within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the new saree is of higher value, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.
  • You will receive the exchange within 3-5 Business days

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize! Please follow these steps:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear images of the product.
    • Our team will verify the issue and arrange a free replacement or full refund as per your preference.
